What We Believe
We believe that knowledge is the most valuable asset in property. A buyer who understands underquoting tactics will not overpay at auction. A first home buyer who knows how to stack government schemes can save $50,000 or more. A renter who understands their rights will not be pushed around by a landlord. An investor who can spot a hype town will avoid a costly mistake.
We also believe that the property industry’s interests are not always aligned with yours — and that pretending otherwise does everyone a disservice. We would rather tell you an uncomfortable truth than a comfortable lie.
That does not mean we are cynical. Plenty of agents, brokers, and developers do excellent work. But the incentive structures of the industry mean you cannot rely on anyone with a financial interest in your transaction to give you unbiased advice. That is where we come in.
